To have a bad memory is like using a computer with a very low Random Access Memory (RAM).
If you still don’t know what that feels like, ask someone who is using a new software installed on an older computer.
It takes forever to get the program working as it should unless the program halts for insufficient memory error.
Whether you are a student, college degree holder, a skilled worker, or even someone who does a job that
requires much less training, chances are that you will have to remember some details and processes that you need to perform
on daily basis. As a part of Stine’s program, she mentions five steps to instantly memorize information:
1- Believing in yourself that you will remember the information as this will energize your brain for the task.
2- Intending to remember that information as this double your chances for succeeding to remember.
3- Visualize the information being given to you or repeat it at least once in your mind.
4- Consciously tell yourself to remember the information.
5- Review what you have learned the day after.
